D4 is a well furnished ground floor apartment with a private gated garden. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. A fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary equipment/appliances. The lounge has comfortable seating, Sat TV (limited channels) has patio doors leading to the garden which is equipped with outside furniture for al-fresco dining and sunbathing. The rental includes facilities of Luz Ocean Club which include 4 swimming pools (incl. one for adults and a small indoor pool which is ideal for cooler months. The beach/bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. To add to ones enjoyment there is a watersports centre down on the beach. Golf courses are within easy reach, with the nearest being approximately 5 minutes drive.
