Situated in the Kirchwald estate, at the western edge of town opposite Gschwand peak and above the tennis hall, with vacancies. The village ski-bus will take you free of charge from the station to the ski-bus stop, 50 m away. By bus it’s easy to reach the Olympic cross-country track or the valley chair lift stops. 8 min away by foot from the centre, the pool with sauna landscape, start of the cross-country track and the Valley Station for the lift to the Gschwand peak. The wonderful footpaths and bathing pool of the high plateau, which has the longest sunshine hours in Austria, will enchant your summer and winter. In the evening you’ll discover the usual Tyrolean hospitality in local inns. We recommend a visit to the Seefeld Casino. These non-smoking apartments include an upholstered suite (part of which can serve as a bed), a 70 cm TV, kitchenette, shower, WC, and balcony or terrace with garden furniture. Plenty of parking spaces, as well as a big garden with a children’s play area.

Holiday apartment with Lounge / Kitchenette, a large two-bed-room, a small two-bed-room, a bathroom with WC and shower, and the double length sofa in the lounge can also provide further accommodation. Lounge furniture includes upholstered chairs and 70 cm TV, while the kitchenette includes crockery, cutlery and coffee machine, a two-pan electric cooker and a microwave. In summer months garden furniture is arranged in front of the apartment.
