Lovely village house 100 m2 in the middle of the charming village, Bargemon. The house is in 3 levels and have 2 terraces. Ground floor: Beautiful hall, 1 room, stairs to the old cave with its own entrance door. First floor: Living room with fireplace. 1 bed room and a new bath room with toilet. Second floor: Open kitchen with terrace, living room with fireplace and terrace to the south. Separate bath room and toilet. Capacity is 6 people.

Bargemon Population: 1,228 Elevation: 480 meters Department: Var Michelin Map: 114 Latitude: 43.61862 Longitude: 6.54806 A picturesque hill town, Bargemon is visible from across the valley in Claviers, or from above on the D25 route to Castellane. The village boasts beautiful gardens, fine homes, shaded streets, large elms, small squares, and numerous fountains. In the center of the main square, Place Philippe Chauvier, stand an enormous elm and a grand fountain. Whether your destination is Draguignan, Claviers, Seillans, or Comps-sur-Artuby, you must navigate around these two venerable landmarks. In this region, the automobile takes second place to trees and fountains. If a tree grows out into the roadway, well, drive cautiously. Just west of St. Tropez, the D559 road splits apart for a few hundred feet to pass around three old trees that in some places might have been cut down. This is a charming characteristic of the hill country of the Var.

  • Notes on prices.
    Villa cleaning € 100, laundered bed linen & towels € 25 pr. person. Pool maintenance each week inclusive. The villa rental includes electricity, gas and water consumption during mid and high season.
    Between 1 October and 30 April, electricity is charged according to usage as is wood for the wood burner in the salon.
  • Changeover day
    Saturday changeover in high and mid-season. Flexible at other times. Arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am.
  • Booking notes
    We ask for a deposit of 25% of the rental at booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before the rental period begins together with a 400 euro returnable security deposit.
