This self catering well furnished / equipped, ground floor 3 bed roomed apartment in Lorcrimar has its own private, large fenced garden with patio & BBQ area. The living area offers sofa seating for 6 adults & indoor dining for 6. The property has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), & with 2 sets of bunk beds in one room, there is enough sleeping room for 4 adults & 4 children. The large garden / terrace area faces South & East & the apt offers easy access to the communal pool & garden area. It has a fully fitted / equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge and freezers, oven, hob & microwave. It offers full facilities to include air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, CDs & DVDs (for your use), a gas BBQ, inflatables, children's beach toys etc. There is terrace seating for 8, 3 sun loungers & underground parking. This is a secure gated complex complete with paddle tennis courts & a lifeguard operating during July & August, offering your children safety in the pools.

The apt is located within 300 metres of the nearest beach & 15 minutes walk to the centre of the world famous Puerto Banus with its bustling Marina, shops & the all famous department store El Corte Ingles. This area comes alive in the evening with bars, restaurants & nightclubs, many of the shops remaining open well after 10pm. The nearby Spanish town of San Pedro has many restaurants & shops & a great market on a Thursday morning for all those gifts you wish to buy to take home. Marbella is only a 15 minute drive with its lazy promenade & endless designer shops. The famous historic town of Ronda with its spectacular cliff top setting is only an hours drive. Gibraltar Rock the British Colony famous for duty free tobacco, spirits & Barbary Apes rising up out of the Mediterranean is quite impressive on approach, this too is no more than 1 hour from Puerto Banus. There are children's leisure & water parks in Benalmadena & the famous Selwo Safari Park is only 20 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking & the remaining balance paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The apt will not be reserved until the deposit has been received.

    A security deposit of 200gbp is required, to be paid into my UK bank account for any breakages, damage, loss of keys, excess cleaning etc.., (please note, excess cleaning will be charged for). The deposit is fully refundable once a check has been made on the apt after your departure, providing the property is left in the condition it was found.

    If there is a departure & arrival on the same day a 10am departure may be necessary & an arrival may not be admitted until 2pm, otherwise as much flexibility as is possible will be given on arrival & departure times.

    For 3 & 4 night stays, laundry & cleaning will be an additional charge according to the no. of persons using the apt.

    If a mid-holiday clean is required or fresh laundry, it will be at an additional cost.
  • Fresh linen & towels can also be provided for your second week without the additional clean at an extra charge,

    Please note this is a non-smoking apt but smoking is permitted on the terrace.

    For late arrivals or should you require a welcome pack this can be provided at an additional cost of 20 euros. To include, Milk, Bread, Butter, Orange Juice, Jams, Water, Tea, Sugar, Wine & Beer.

FOOT PASSENGERS!: For those of you not wishing to hire a car, there are several local restaurants & bars only 5 mins walk away, offering choice enough not to even need to venture into Puerto Banus to dine. The local Puerto Banus market which sets up on a Saturday mornning near the recently renovated bull ring, is internationally famous, & there is a good selection of restaurants, designer shops & bars in this area too, only 10 mins walk. Day trips can be easily arranged. To Tarifa with its superb surfing beaches. Jerez with its internationally famous dancing horses & wine Bodegas (noteably Harveys) where you can sample the wines. Cordoba to see the famed Mosque & olive mills & Seville being one of Andalucias largest cities is steeped in history. OR simply visit the beautiful lakes of El Chorro north west of Malaga, where activities such as climbing, caving, walking & mountain biking take place. Madrid is now only 2 hrs by train from Malaga, Portugal 5 hrs by road & Morocco 1 hr. The options are endless!
