It offers a magnificent view onto the coast and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. The beaches, excellent restaurants and the city centre are reachable within 5 minutes by car. The quarter embedded in palms, fountains and waterfalls offers 2 attractive community pools. One is the ‘infinity pool’ with breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea. Here, you feel like floating above the sea. The house has spacious, calm terrace with dinette, chairs and sunloungers and it offers an extraordinary 180° panoramic view – a perfect place for a relaxed dinner or for sun bathing. Air condition and central heating assure that the vacation home is comfortably tempered during the whole year.
