Situated on the Famous resort of Vale do Lobo, this very high standard property is built on two levels. Impecable furniture. Ground floor with bright dining/lounge area with open fireplace, flatscreen TV with Skydigital, DVD, Video, Stereo, CD Player, Tape recorder and radio. Lounge and dining area with sliding doors giving access to garden. Two twin bedrooms, one with full ensuite bathroom and one with separate shower room, both with sliding doors to garden. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Steps lead up to Master bedroom with king size bed and full ensuite bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, sliding door to private terrace with outside furniture. Safe. Outside area - built-in BBQ, good size pool. Air-conditioned (supplement payable during Low season). Pool can be heated at an extra charge of £160.00 per week. Maid service included.

This is perhaps the longest established and best known resort in the Algarve. Its varied selection of luxury villas and apartments are interspersed amongst acres of spectacular woodland and in and around 36 holes of golf. It is a self-contained complex with its own beach concessions and excellent general amenities which include a large supermarket, restaurants, shops, leisure centre, night clubs and bars. There are over l,000 properties of many types and styles. Fronting onto the beach is a large cobbled square (known as the Praça) which serves as a delightful meeting place and where one can stop and enjoy light refreshments or take a meal at one of the surrounding restaurants. There is a very large rotunda swimming pool near the Praça, however access to this is only possible on payment of a local charge. Also located within the development is a large Tennis Centre, which has 14 courts. Here there is tennis at all levels from coaching for beginners to championship tournaments.

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOKING CONDITIONS -

    1) 20% surcharge on rental periods of 4 days or less.

    2) The minimum rental period in Peak and Premium season is 7 days.

    3) Normal occupancy is two persons per bedroom. Any additional persons aged 3 years and over will be charged £44 per week which will include a folding bed where necessary.

    4) Normal changeover days are Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Other days subject to availability.

    5) Prices include electricity, gas and maid service unless otherwise stated.

    6) Access to accommodation is usually after 4pm on arrival and clients must usually depart their accommodation before 10am on the day of departure.

    7) A damage deposit is payable on arrival from £50 per person upwards, . This can be left as cash or by signed credit card slip.

    8) 25% of payment must be paid before the reservation can be confirmed. This is normally within seven days of verbal agreement. The remaining 75% is payable
