Spacious villa located in a quiet cul de sac and at a short walking distance to the sea. Entrance hall with guest cloakroom. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. Separate laundry room including washing machine & tumble dryer. Spacious lounge with two seating areas, wide plasma screen TV with satellite. Dining area with table for 8, patio doors to pool, garden and children's play area. From entrance hall stairs lead down to large basement with table tennis, snooker and table football. Ground floor: One twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, sliding doors to garden. Bedroom with one single bed plus twin beds, separate bathroom. 1st Floor is composed of one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, doors to terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Master bedroom with double bed, separate sitting area with sofa and desk, ensuite bathroom with shower. Roof terrace offering country and sea views, ideal for sunworship and evening cocktails

Nearest Beach: Vale do Lobo at 5 Kilometres
This is perhaps the longest established and best known resort in the Algarve. Its varied selection of luxury villas and apartments are interspersed amongst acres of spectacular woodland and in and around 36 holes of golf. It is a self-contained complex with its own beach concessions and excellent general amenities which include a large supermarket, restaurants, shops, leisure centre, night clubs and bars. There are over l,000 properties of many types and styles. Fronting onto the beach is a large cobbled square (known as the Praça) which serves as a delightful meeting place and where one can stop and enjoy light refreshments or take a meal at one of the surrounding restaurants. There is a very large rotunda swimming pool near the Praça, however access to this is only possible on payment of a local charge. Also located within the development is a large Tennis Centre, which has 14 courts.
