Ground floor: Entrance hall giving access to lounge dining room with log burning fireplace, large widescreen TV, DVD & Hi-Fi. Dining area with large table to seat 8, patio doors lead out to terrace and pool with further large table ideal for outside dining. Built-in BBQ and large rectangle swimming pool & poolside shower. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, breakfast bar and access to separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio door to pool area, one twin bedroom with separate shower room. First floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, both bedrooms have access to private terrace. All bedrooms have wooden floors & fitted wardrobes. Air conditioned throughout (supplement payable during low season), maid service included 4 times per week. Large basement area with 5th bedroom which has twin beds and en-suite shower room.
