This charming and spacious villa has a huge private pool and large sun terraces. It is perfectly peaceful, yet less than 5 mins drive to the amenities of Albufeira. It is a 10 minute walk down a country lane to the bars and restaurants of Pateo, where there is also a supermarket, newsagent and bakery. The villa has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a recently installed brand new kitchen, top quality appliances and modern bathrooms. The spacious lounge has seating for 12 and opens onto the sun terraces and pool area which has a built in bbq, ideal for dining alfresco on those typical Algarvean balmy evenings. All the accommodation is on one level. There are three separate bedrooms, one master with double bed, ensuite bathroom and adjoining small bedroom suitable for a child, and two twin bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and a separate shower room. There is an apartment on the top floor which the owner occupies from time to time.

Casa Lucia is located in Pateo on the outskirts of Albufeira Old Town in a perfectly peaceful setting, yet less than 5 mins drive to the amenities of the bustling, lively resort of Albufeira. It is a 10 minute walk down a country lane to the bars and restaurants of Pateo where there is also a supermarket, newsagent and bakery and a further 10-15 minute walk into the Old Town. Car hire, therefore, is not essential but recommended to enable you to savour all the delights of the Algarve, including the numerous beautiful beaches, all within 5 to 10 mins drive from the villa.

  • Prices are based on full occupancy. Discounts can be offered for smaller groups (ie. 4 persons or less), outside of high season. Please enquire.
  • A 25% booking deposit is required to secure dates, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
  • For those not wishing to hire a car, we can arrange a minibus transfer to and from Faro airport - this costs 32 euros each way for up to 4 people and 47 euros each way for 5 - 8 people, payable to the driver.
    We also offer a shopping service, free of charge, in advance of your arrival - you supply a list of your requirements and they will be in the villa on your arrival with an itemised till receipt which you pay locally.
