It's a new apartment to build in 2008 on the attic of a wonderful house situated near the city centre of Diano Marina. It's about 300 meter of the beach. It's composed by a living room with bed sofa and armchair communicating with a dining room and kitchen. The night zone is composed by two bedrooms and a bathrooms. There is also a private terrace where is possible to get tanned or to relax. The wash room is shared by other apartment and has got a laundry and private washing machine.

It is located only 60 km from the French border near the 'Costa azzurra' and about 100 km from Genoa. Around Diano Marina you can visit tourist places and rich in traditions such as Sanremo, Bussana, Alassio, Cervo. It can also enjoy typical Ligurian cuisine with seafood specialities and traditional dishes such as 'Pesto alla Genovese'.
