Perched on a cliff on the aptly named Millionaires Mile, Villa Yin overlooks the breathtaking turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea in Kamala, Phuket. The high-demand Cape Sol area is located on the Kamala headlands at the tip of a rocky bluff that traverses a large swathe of Phuket’s west coast. Villa Yin is perched along this promontory, ideally situated in a secluded seafront community where US$4 Million+ homes are the norm. Centrally located, the villa is just 30 minutes from the International Airport and 20 minutes from the nightlife of Patong and the culture of Phuket Town.

Activities can be arranged by our staff on request such as golf at the Banyan Tree, tennis at nearby Kamala Bay Terrace hotel, excursions by speedboat to Phang Na and Phi-Phi islands, rental of luxury yachts, in-house massage, tour of the island, shopping at various locations as well as outside dining.

    ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
    Check in time is 3.00 pm.

    PAYMENT
    A non-refundable 50% deposit is due within 5 calendar days of booking the villa, full payment is due 90 days prior to Lessee’s arrival date. For bookings during the rest of the year, full payment is due 60 days prior to Lessee’s arrival date.

    A 15 % security deposit (but not less than $1500) is payable at the time payment is provided.

    Minimum stay:
    There is a 14-day minimum stay requirement during the Peak Season (Dec 15 -Jan 15).
    There is a 3-day minimum stay requirement throughout the rest of the year.

Congrats for owning such a beautiful property!

We have been to Phuket 11 times and have stayed at numerous resorts and villas but none beat our most recent stay at your villas – Villa Yin and Villa Yang.

My family loved every bit of it, from the layout to the interior design. I find the paintings most interesting, explained by the fact that I now know you’re in the art business.

We would love to stay at Villa Yin and Villa Yang in future, and I hope that you have found us to be a responsible family that does not cause damage to other people’s properties. We love your villas like it is our own.

You have made our dreams come true, as it is impossible to replicate such a property in Singapore especially when it would cost at least US$20m-US$30m to build either Yin or Yang here.

Congrats for owning such a beautiful piece of property!

Back in Kiew after an amazing holiday in Villa Yang my friends and I would like to thank you for your help in organizing our excellent villa experience! We loved everything about this villa and I will highly recommend Yang or Yin to our friends. We enjoyed our privacy a lot and the services of the staff , we liked everything the chef cooked for us
