Tucked away at the end of a short lane, this property has recently been refurbished and enjoys an enclosed parking area plus a barn for extra, covered parking, and a large, lawned garden. On the ground floor there is a sitting room with sofas and chairs, TV, DVD and open fireplace. Stairs to first floor. Newly fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, split level oven and induction hob, microwave. Archways lead to dining room with dining table and chairs. Cloakroom with WC, wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one has a king size bed and the others each have 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms; both with a bath/shower over, WC and wash basin. Further bedroom on the second floor with a double bed, washbasin, 2 dormer windows. With its close proximity to the beach and nearby towns, together with central heating and log fire, this property would make an ideal location at any time of the year.

This stone built house with its beamed ceilings and natural stone walls is situated approx 3 kms from the seaside town of Agon Coutainville. With its sandy beach, restaurants, shops and bars, this town is popular all year round. There is also a golf course, a casino, weekly market and horse riding facilities here. Approx 15 minutes away is the town of Coutances which in addition to its cathedral and beautiful gardens also has many shops and restaurants, a covered swimming pool, ice skating rink, bowling and weekly market. The famous Abbey at Le Mont St Michel and the WWII Landing Beaches are both within easy driving distance and make ideal places to visit. From Coutances it's possible to go to Paris/EuroDisney by train or you can make a day trip by boat to the Channel Islands from either the harbour towns of Granville or Carteret.
