400sq Mtrs Detached villa on own private road and on site of 2000sq Mtrs. Private pool with outside shower and Barbecue. 2 Large roof terraces off the 2 main bedrooms both EnSuite. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms suitable for wheelchair if required also both ensuite. Large fully equipped kitchen with utility room. Sitting room /Family room is tastily decorated and is 78sq Mtrs. Large patio doors lead to pool and terrace. The fifth bathroom is off the hall. All with Air Con. The village is a short 5 Mins walk. The new Faldo & O Conor golf courses are 10 Mins drive. Slide and Splash is 5 Mins. Scuba Diving and many other watersports can be found in the village.
