Located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Praia da Luz and having superb views from the living rooms and balcony. One can walk downhill into the village in approximately 6/8 minutes. The property benefits from having central heating making it ideal for cooler months. The private pool (approximately 5m x 3m) is set within a small garden and is equipped with outside furniture for al-fresco dining and sunbathing. There are 2 bedrooms with the second bedroom having an extension which provides a separate room suitable for a child, so in reality it is a 3 bedroom property. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all necessary utensils and equipment. The lounge is very comfortable, having two comfortable sofas (Sat TV and DVD) and double doors leading to the private swimming pool / patio area. There is one shower room and one full bathroom, also a cloakroom with WC and basin.
