This sunny, spacious three bed apartment on the first floor of a portered block has a large lounge/diner with satellite T/Video combi, fully fitted kitchen, utility area, two double bedrooms and one single. The bathroom has both a bath and shower All linen supplied. Ideal accommodation for both families and golfers, large sunny balcony overlooking two pools and communal gardens. Quiet, secure location while still being close to all amenities, transport, shops, restaurants and bars. * The balcony has a large table with sun parasol and four chairs for al fresco dining * The kitchen has a modern fan assisted oven with ceramic hob. *There are tennis courts in the grounds which can be hired by the hour through the porters * There is a children's pool adjacent to the main pool - life guards are always in attendance when the pools are open * There is an area specifically for children to play football adjacent to the building.

It is possible to visit many historic and interesting sites from Rhonda in the mountains to Grenada inland. There are many different excursions to choose from. Transport links are good so a car is not essential. Local buses and trains are frequent and cheap. Malaga, Grenada, Rhonda and Gibraltar are all easy to access with good transport links from Fuengirola.
