La Belle Vue can be found tucked away on the wooded hillside of the Massif de L’Esterel, situated in the Cote d’Azur between Cannes and St Raphael. The property has uninterrupted views from the Bay of Cannes and the Mediterranean panning around to the beautiful countryside and hills of provence. The Villa is built in the traditional Provençal style and can be found in a private domain close to the charming village of Les Adrets de L’Esterel. Tastefully decorated on split levels, this south facing villa has a spacious Lounge/Dining Room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside on the terrace is swimming pool (alarmed), BBQ and balcony where you can sit and enjoy the stunning panorama. Conveniently situated, with easy access to the A8 autoroute making it convenient to explore the delights of the French Riviera. La Belle Vue is a a short drive of the coast and the lovely beach/cove at Theoule Sur Mer as well as the long sandy beach promenade leading into Cannes.

    After a satisfactory inspection of the villa we will refund this sum on departure.
