Our lovely villa is set on a hillside high above the sea, and is dominated by one of the best panoramic coastal views in Northern Cyprus. Its open plan living area is cool and spacious with comfortable leather sofas, books, DVD player, TV and wireless internet, allowing you to keep in touch with things at home if you need to. The kitchen has a dining table for use on cooler days, and the air- conditioned bedrooms all have good comfortable beds with quality bed linen.
Outside there is a large shaded terrace area with table & chairs. Steps lead down from this to the garden with its extensive pool terrace, sun loungers, BBQ, another outdoor dining table & chairs, and a selection of parasols, allowing you to while away the hours and listen to the waves gently lapping on the shore nearby.
The pool is fully maintained by our property managers, and there is ample parking on the driveway for 2 cars.

This picturesque coastline offers you the chance to get away from the crowds and discover the real Cyprus. Nearby mountain and rural villages remain largely untouched by commercialism; explore secluded coves and vast sandy beaches on the Karpaz peninsula; or for a more lively scene visit Kyrenia with its cobbled streets, horseshoe harbour, shopping and bars, or the ancient walled cities of Nicosia and Famagusta with their mosques, museums and colourful markets. This area simply bristles with history - Byzantine and Roman ruins are everywhere, and if you fancy some exercise you can explore the rocky heights of the crusader castles located high on the mountain peaks. Fishing and boat trips, water sports, scuba, paragliding, horse riding and much more are all available nearby. Local amenities in Esentepe include a small supermarket, butcher, DIY, patisserie, several bars and restaurants. Larger supermarkets are approximately 20 minutes drive towards Kyrenia.
