Our villa's location on this picturesque coastline offers you the chance to get away from the crowds and discover the real Cyprus. Nearby mountain and rural villages remain largely untouched by commercialism; explore secluded coves and vast sandy beaches on the Karpaz peninsula; or for a more lively scene visit Kyrenia with its cobbled streets, horseshoe harbour, shopping and bars, or the ancient walled cities of Nicosia and Famagusta with their mosques, museums and colourful markets. This area simply bristles with history - Byzantine and Roman ruins are everywhere, and if you fancy some exercise you can explore the rocky heights of the crusader castles located high on the mountain peaks. Fishing and boat trips, watersports, scuba, paragliding, horseriding and much more are all available nearby. Local amenities in Esentepe include a small supermarket, butcher, DIY, patisserie, several bars and restaurants. Larger supermarkets are approximately 20 minutes drive towards Kyrenia.

We are a professional couple with grown-up children, and when we go on holiday we like a high standard of accommodation. In 2005 we found this fantastic location in Northern Cyprus and embarked on a project to build our dream holiday home. We spent a long time selecting designs and furnishings that reflect our appreciation of the local surroundings, to ensure the best in comfort and relaxation, and we try to visit as often as our busy diaries will allow. We appreciate the beautiful coastline and peaceful tranquility that this region offers, along with the old-fashioned values of the resident Turkish-Cypriot families. Whether you want a relaxing holiday by the pool, or a bit of action, we feel sure you won't be disappointed. This villa is in a premium location, well away from the hustle and bustle, but with local amenities nearby, and yet still within easy reach of the town and harbour at Kyrenia for a more lively scene.

The villa has an open plan living area which is cool and spacious with comfortable leather sofas, books, DVD player and satellite TV offering a wide selection of films, sport, documentaries and cartoons. Full size dining table seats 6, and an office area complete with desk and internet service allows you to keep in touch with things at home if you need to.
Outside is a large shaded terrace with comfortable cane sofas. Steps lead down to the garden which is on 3 levels - the extensive pool deck area has two BBQs (gas or charcoal), 6 sun loungers, swing seat, outdoor dining table with 6 seats and parasols. Two lower levels include a cactus garden and small cave. There are steps and a gate at the end of the property leading onto a coastal track and the clifftop with spectacular views.
The pool is fully maintained by our property managers, and there is parking on the driveway for up to 3 cars.
