A beautiful detached residence on an elevated site overlooking Coral Bay and the Paphos Coastline. This sizable villa has a large open plan living area, a huge sun terrace overlooking the pool and enjoying stunning views. The kitchen is good sized, well fitted with all one could need including a dishwasher, there is a small utility room for the washing machine. The inner hallway leads to the bedrooms, a large master room (double) with en-suite shower room. Then 2 twin bedrooms (single beds) and a modern bathroom. From the outside, you have a staircase leading to the first floor studio (or 4th bedroom), a self contained bed sitting room with double bed, sofa, kitchenette, shower room and private balcony with awesome views - perfect for relatives, teenagers, etc. The house has central heating throughout and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The house has gardens and grounds around, a large pool and useful covered area under the house for some shade!
