Located on the genuine street Dormitori de Sant Francesc, in the Gothic quarter, right on the city centre. The Gothic quarter is located between the two main streets in Ciutat Vella, Vía Layetana and Las Ramblas on one side, and Plaza Cataluña and the sea on the other side. This is the heart of Barcelona, where the old fortified Roman city was located and evolved to the current Barcelona city. The apartment is located less than 10min walking to all the main tourist spots. It is also located 50m away from the port and 75m away from Las Ramblas. You can walk around the old town without having to take any means of transport, as well as enjoy the gastronomic and leisure choices at the Port Vell (Old port) and Maremagnum. The 90m2 apartment has three big double bedrooms, one of them being a suite. The 30m2 kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony from where you can see the quiet street.

"The apartment is really nice, spacious and in great condition - looks brand new. (The ensuite bathroom is actually just a sink and toilet though.) Location is fantastic, in a quiet alley right by the port and very close to Las Ramblas and a metro station."
