In an Haussman building, in courtyard, quiet, on 3rd floor without lift, a 61 m2 apartment with old furniture, wooden floor, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower, separated WC, and kitchen with washing machine and full set cooking coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle. In living room 2 sofas, one or persons can sleep there. Windows in each room. In one bedroom one bed 1m60/2meters, in the other one 2 beds 0m90/2meters and a 3rd bed 0m90/1m90.TV, internet access, telephone with prepaid card,iron and ironing board. Very residential street, Garden of Temple with jogging, or not very far from Canal St martin, Bastille Opera and all monuments in Marais very near, bus 96, 20 and 75. Beaubourg , Picasso, Nature and Chasse, Carnavalet museums Gare du Nord station only 3 stations on ligne number 5.In this street and around all kind of groceries, bakers, Monoprix and Franprix supermarket,'charcuterie', cheese store with poilane bread and Market of 'Enfants Rouges'.

Residential area but with all kind of groceries all around and even open market on bld Richard Lenoir, on way to go Bastille opera with open market too on Sunday.
