The flat is composed by two floors (downstairs and a first floor, no elevator), 420 sqm, double living room, one with television, a very large kitchen and one bathroom downstair, four double rooms, two bathrooms at the first floor, view and admittance to a 5000 meters large park also with a biologic-horticulture.
