This Fully Air Conditioned Detached Luxury Villa is,.we think, probably the best Complex in Calis. The Villa is 1 of only 6 Detached Villas on a complex of only 25, and is in its Own Gardens with a Gazebo built over the man made lake. We have a marble patio surrounding the Private swimming pool, and a Pergolla (with lighting), overlooking the Pool & Gardens. With the exception of 3 circular windows and the Front Door, ALL the other Windows and Doors have Quality Fitted Mosquito nets .The Lounge comfortably seats 10, the Dining room has Table & Chairs for 10, the Hall has a Fitted Full Length Mirror & Fitted cupboards and leads on to the Fully Fitted Kitchen & also leads onto the Shower room and storage area. A 2 flight Marble Stair case leads first to 1 Master Bedroom with En-suite, 2 double. Bedrooms & a shower room with the utility room and drying Balcony and secondly to the large Bedroom & en-suite with 4 single beds and Cot Etc. & out to the Solarium/Sun Terrace with built in BBQ.

Plus, Spices Nuts, Turkish Delights, Fresh Fruit and Vegetables grown locally. Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are Net for the Villa and in Sterling (GBP). Overlapping Dates and longer visits by negotiation.
    A £200 security Deposit is required, this is to cover Breakage/Damages should there be any, and will be returned ( less any deduction should there be a claim) within 14 Days of your return.
    A 20% deposit secures your booking and the balance to be paid 10 weeks before your departure date. We contact you 12 weeks before your departure date to remind you of the due date.
    The cancellation policy -- should you cancel your booking 10 Weeks or more away from your Departure date There will NOT be a Cancellation FEE. Between 5 - 10 Weeks 50% of the cost of the Holiday will be Refunded. 3 - 5 Weeks 25% of the cost of the Holiday will be Refunded. Less than 3 Weeks No Refund.
    Should you want to change the dates of your Holiday booking we will be pleased to help, if the new dates are available.
    Should any member of your party cancel and can not be replaced the full amont remains due
  • Should you have to cancel the booking after payment in full has been received, the lead name on the booking must give notice. We will endeavor, by Special Offer Marketing, to resell your dates thereby mitigating any loss, should we be successful in rebooking your dates and subject to the relevant deduction of the amount of any discount negotiated for the replacement booking, we will be pleased to offer the terms of the cancellation policy.
    IF your circumstances change please notify us as soon as possible, we promise we will do all we can to help.
  • Mondays are the preferred change over dates, however, we are here to help and pleased to book on the days to suit you.
    The Villa will be available from 1500 Hrs on the day of your arrival, and on the Departure day until 1200 Mid day.

A Door leads onto the Solarium/Sun Terrace which has a built in BBQ and Sink,10 Chairs & 2 Collapsible Tables are stored in the cupboard on the Roof Terrace/Solarium, There are faboulous views of Fethiye Lagoon and the surrounding Mountains from this view point and you can watch the glorious Sunsets from here. If you want to go topless this is the place to be private.

Notes: There is an on Site Maintenance and Security Company, they are responsible for Security, Safety, Gardening and Maintenance, This includes our PRIVATE Swimming Pool and Gardens and the COMMUNUAL SWIMMING POOLS ( which you are free to use ) also the surrounding Areas, They are responsible for the outside lighting. We have taken the precaution of fitting 2 handrails, 1 on each side of the Marble Staircase, for holding onto when useing the stairs, we have fitted 4 Removable Gates, 1 at the Top and 1 at the bottom of each flight of stairs, if you remove them, we ask that you replace the gates for the safety of incoming guest. All the doors and windows have switched breaker alarms fitted, this is a precaution and for your peace of mind we have never had a break in or suffered any loss, The AIr Conditioning is remotely controlled and the remote units are in their holders attached to the wall in each room. Glasses & Dental work is about 1/2 Price, service is very proffessional

New Golf Course: A New Golf Course is being built 15 Mins. from Dalaman and approx 45 Mins. from the Villa. The proposed date for the opening is June/July 2010. Please check on the details before booking a Holiday based on the fact that you want a Golfing Holiday.

New Ski Slope: A New Ski-ing area is planned to open for Ski-ing this season(2009) and to open for a full season in 2010. The Ski area is in Seki which is 50 Mins from the Villa. The Ski area does not appear to be ready for this season so should you want to book a Holiday for Ski-ing please check the details before booking

Health Trip: We have had a lot of Dental work here and saved a lot of Money the most recent was 2 implants at a cost of £1400 we know a friend paid £3400 for the same treatment in the U.K. We are impressed with the spotless surgeries, the up to date equipment, the Service,The clenliness of the staff and reception area and the Quality of work and aftercare. you can walk in for an inspection without making an apointment.
