Large fully- equipped kitchen (hob,oven,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge/freezer,microwave,foodmixer).French windows onto patio. Attractive spacious well- furnished sitting-room with 2 french windows onto shaded patio.Music centre. Entrance hall / dining room. Master suite- king size bed with private bathroom . Two twin bedrooms with bathroom between. All beds are pocket -sprung. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms & sitting room. Outside 9m x 4m pool with walk- in steps. Extensive sitting & garden areas & furniture. Also bbq. Outside lights for evening eating & enjoying the surroundings. Alcaucin is the nearest village,narrow winding streets,white houses with flowers & courtyards.Bakers,chemist, supermarket, butcher, banks,bars,restaurants. This house is furnished to a higher standard than the average.
