Our villa sits high on the hillside overlooking the village of Nikiana on the East Coast, tranquil vistas of olive and cypress to the vivid blue Ionian Sea and Lefkada's satellite islands of Meganisi and Kalamos. The villa is about 10 minutes walk from the unspoilt and traditional village of Katouna and 5 minutes drive from closest beach and the coastal village of Ligia where there are a number of restaurants and shops. The two bedroom villa is stylishly furnished with all the mod cons you would need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and both bedrooms open up to the terrace and swimming pool area. The open plan living room, kitchen and dining area are perfect for a family or two couples and of course the all essentail outdoor barbeque is ideal for those evenings when one would prefer to enjoy the view and dine at home.

The villa is about 2 minutes drive away or an easy 7 minutes walk from the traditional village of Katouna. This small unspoilt village is under strict conservation rules thus maintaining its beauty with its small streets and old stone houses. Just below the village of Katouna is Ligia, a coastal village with a harbour, where you may moor a boat, swim off one of the beaches that dot the coast, visit one of the extremely good fish restaurants or just get some shopping in at one of the mini markets. The villa is about 10 minutes drive to Lefkas Town with its Ionian architecture, abundance of shops, exquisite restaurants, museums and fantastic beaches including the well known Milos Beach famous for Kite and Wind Surfing.
