Located in the quieter less developed part of the Costa del Sol, situated in the prestigious Casares Golf and Country Club with its own 9 hole golf course, swimming pool and restaurant on site and just 0.9km from the beach. This second floor spacious apartment includes high quality specifications throughout with air conditioning, central heating, south facing balcony and secure underground parking. All rooms (incl. kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms) are equipped with an individually operated surround sound system linked to the main living room area, so you can enjoy your music wherever you are in the apartment. There is also a 44 inch TV & DVD player. Our luxury apartment includes two large double bedrooms of which the master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower, bidet & twin wash basins. The fully fitted Siemens kitchen incorporates an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The utility room houses the washing machine.
