Photos and Description of this Javea holiday villa 3 bedroomed detached villa to sleep 6 with mountain and sea views.

Two minutes drive to the Mediterranean, our five year old villa stands in its own large mature garden with orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. It has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms [2 en suite], a large open plan lounge/dining room with adjoining fully-fitted modern kitchen, with cooker, hob, microwave and double fridge. Large terraces front and back with exterior lounge and dining areas take advantage of the wonderful outdoor living style. The private pool, with mosaic dolphin which children love, is 11 by 4.5 metres. First floor sun terraces to the front and rear look out onto mountains and the sea. The house is fully furnished with all facilities including cable TV with 42 English channels. There is a small supermarket at walking distance, and a 2 minute drive takes you to all amenities, shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Smoking is possible in the outdoor areas, but we request people to kindly not smoke in the house itself.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A security deposit of 200 euros is required against breakages and damage. This will be returned within 14 days of departure, less the cost of any damage. All linen and towels are supplied for each person. A 25% deposit is required on signing the rental agreement, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Rental price includes the weekly linen change and a welcome pack for each incoming group.
  • The owners will be on site to hand over the keys, explain how things in the villa work and offer advice about the area and places to visit. They will be available throughout your stay to help with any problems that may arise.
    We require outgoing clients to depart by 10.00 and incoming clients not to arrive before 15.00. Provision can be made to store their luggage safely at the villa if required.
