The villa offers luxury accommodation for those looking for safe, family-friendly holiday or an inspiring place for a large group of friends. Shady pergola with table and chairs. Landscaped garden. Set amongst vines, olives, cherry and walnut trees. Great privacy, 20 mins to beach, close to shops, Porchia 1 km, Montalto 4 km. Situated on a knoll above a beautiful wooded valley, the property has beautiful views in all directions. Built in 2006, interior features open plan layout downstairs, giving a great feeling of space. Traditional wood beams give a rustic feel, and beautiful tapestries hang in most rooms. Spacious kitchen gives onto outside dining area under pergola. Mosquito nets fitted on all upstairs windows. One of the finest houses in the area.
