Your holiday house is situated in beautiful open countryside 250 metres above sea-level, only 20 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic and 35 minutes from the splendid Appenine mountains. La Dependence is a detached farm cottage approximately 80 square metres and has all home comforts. On the ground floor is the kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and a shower room. On the second floor are the two lovingly furnished bedrooms and second bathroom. You will love the covered pergola decorated with perfumed flowers, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with a glass of good wine. Your accommodation is next door to our winery where we produce many DOC wines - so of course you will have a bottle or two waiting for you when you arrive! Although you will be in a part of Italy getting which is very traditional you will also have modern conveniences such as WIFI broadband Internet access, satellite television and all modern comforts.

Your accommodation is set in beautiful countryside between the Sibillini National Park and the Adriatic coast with its blue flag beaches at Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto. The towns of Montalto delle Marche, Montelparo, Montedinove, Offida and the provincial capital of Ascoli Piceno (which is a must see or our region as the town is older than Rome). The region also boasts the largest limestone caves in Europe at Frasassi - we recommend having a day trip to the north of the region to visit these and using the time to also visit one of the holiest places in Italy - Loreto! Our central Italy location makes it perfect for exploring a large part of the country - for example Rome is just 3 hours away and if you don't like the thought of driving in Rome (and we don't blame you - even we Italians are nervous of this) then there is a bus from Pedaso so Rome can be done as a day trip.

Notes: Your pool is very large and set in some of the most beautiful countryside that Italy has to offer. The pool is shared between our three properties and there is ample seating and shade under the umbrellas to relax. There are showers by the pool and the pool has a separate area for children. Every family has its own private and secure dressing room next to the pool. A short distance from the pool you'll find our chemical free fruit and vegetable gardens - please feel free to harvest any fruit or vegetables when you want.
