Large converted brick and flint barn comprising 1 family bedroom with double and 2 full size bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double and 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed. All duvets are included (please bring own linen and towels) 1 bathroom with bath and wash basin, 1 shower room with WC. Separate WC downstairs. Large hall, large sitting room which has large log burner, sky free-view TV and DVD, with steps up to dining area with large table and chairs. Small kitchen with electric oven, hob and microwave. Utility room with washing machine and fridge. Electric and oil fired Central heating included.june to september. Large patio with table and chairs for 8+ leading to flower beds and private lawns. Ample private off road parking. Also one extra fold-up bed in property if required (13th). Sorry NO PETS, NO SMOKING.

Hoxne House is situated off Beach Road in the pretty coastal village of Weybourne. The village is 3 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt with its excellent shops and restaurants and the seaside town of Sheringham where sandy beaches can be found. It is an ideal base to discover the coast of North Norfolk which is an area of outstanding natural beauty and renowned for its many nature reserves, bird watching and coastal paths. Further along the coast from Wells Next the Sea is Holkaham Hall and the vast sandy beaches. Weybourne has a shop, pub and hotel both with restaurants. The beach is excellent for sea fishing, the North Norfolk Steam Railway joins Wybourne Station with Sheringham and Holt, the Muckleburgh Military Museum is the largest of its type in the UK with many varied displays of wartime Weybourne and the history of the village. There is an excellent coastal bus service which enables you to walk along the coastal path and return via the bus.
