A large and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 en suite penthouse with a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area. The bedrooms are light and airy with fitted wardrobes one leading onto the private balcony with a double bed. The living room is bright and light with a double sofa bed and a dining area with seating for 6 people and leads onto the private balcony which is south facing. The penthouse also has satellite TV (English) a DVD player and a Hi-Fi system and patio furniture for al fresco dining or just sipping a glass of wine. The penthouse also overlooks the pool area and the rustic land to the back but from the balcony gives you an overall view of the village and sea. The penthouse is situated in a residential area but is only moments away from all amenities bars,cafes and restaurants and the beach.

Armacao de pera is a village of two halves on one side you have the typical fishing village with its quaint houses and restaurants .The second half is the modern houses and apartments with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to eat out in during your stay. The village surrounds one of the most beautiful beaches in all of portugal and is golden sand with all the water sports and sun loungers for hire.The beach stretches for 5 kms and links up with the old town of Albufeira and fisherman's beach great for chilling out on.The village of Pera holds a sand festival each year and artists from all over the world attend designing sand sculptures, its open from may till October 7 days a week. There is also two golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the apartment offering discounted golf to our guests all year around. There is the famous zoo marine with its interactive dolphins only minutes away and for an extra fee you can swim with the dolphins.
