A great apartment for a business conference rental or a holiday in Cannes. There is plenty of room to accommodate 4 or 5 people as the 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Le Fragonard has the attractive aspect that all the rooms in the apartment open up onto the terrace as it it situated on the corner of the apartment building. This gives the whole apartment a light and spacious feel to it. The newly installed fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast table plus an additional table and chairs on the terrace. In the living room there is a very comfortable settle that converts into a double bed. There is also a dining area with attractive table and chairs for 4. One of the double bedrooms has 2 single beds in that can be presented as a double bed. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with W.C. The other double bedroom also has 2 single beds that again can be made into a double bed if required. The bathroom for this bedroom is just next door and there is a separate WC.

Le Fragonard is located at the end of the Rue d'Antibes so is ideally situated for the beach, shops, restaurants and of course the Palais des Festivales. The beach is just at the end of the road and in 2 steps you on on the famous shopping street of the Rue d'Antibes. There are some handy local shops just opposite and a larger supermarket only a few minutes away. Although there is a garage allocated to the apartment you can enjoy not having to drive anywhere as everything is in walking distance. It is only a short walk to Cannes station where you can discover the Cote D'Azur by train along the coast to Antibes, Nice, Monaco and even venture into Italy and the Friday market. Enjoy the beaches along the Croisette where you can try one of many water sports activities or just relax on a sunbed with a cocktail or two! Sample the many famous restaurants in Cannes especially the local fish dishes. If you are self catering visit the local markets which are full of local produce.
