Restored farmhouse in a peaceful location in the hills above Versilia (100 m. above sea level) with a panoramic view over the Plain and the sea. Lovely walks can be taken in the nearby hills. External paved space with table and chairs. Sun terrace furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and raised swimming pool (5,40 x 2.70 m, depth 1,05 m, 01.05-30.09) for exclusive use of guests. The last 300 m. are not asphalted and narrow, and therefore not suitable for sports cars. The owner lives next door. 1st floor (external staircase) : entrance/din.rm. w/ fireplace, colour TV, kitchen w/ oven and freezer, liv.rm. 2nd floor (internal staircase) : 2 dble. bedrooms., single.bedr00m., bathroom. w/ bath. Good furnishings.
