This airy, spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool and wonderful mountain views. The living room is beautifully furnished with cream leather sofas and has a dining area with patio doors leading to the pool. The good sized modern kitchen is well equipped and the stunning glass block full length window allows light to come streaming in. The villa sits in a 1000 m2 plot, is fully enclosed with walls and iron gates and has secure off road parking. Located in the traditional village of Triquivijate which has 2 Restaurants, bars, a local shop, horse riding, a bird sanctuary and within 15 minutes of the holiday resort Caleta de Fuste, a sandy beach, airport and world class golf courses. Ideal for families and couples who enjoy their own space and are looking for a relaxing holiday close to local amenities.

Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands and is renowned for its gorgeous sandy beaches, temperate climate and turquoise waters which attracts sport enthusiasts from all around the world. The World Windsurfing Championship is held here every year, surfing diving, and golf are also extremely popular past-times. The villa is centrally situated on the island and ideally positioned to explore Corralejo in the north to Jandia in the south. Caleta de Fuste is 10/15 mins drive, there you will find numerous bars, restaurants, shops, a spa, marina, 10 pin bowling, childrens play area, cinema, crazy golf, and not forgetting the 2 x 18 hole golf courses. The Oasis park zoo at Lajita is also worth a visit, it has a zoo, camel rides, botanacial garden, restaurant and if you have a few spare mins the garden centre is worth a look. Puerto del Rosario has a good shopping Mall called Las Rotuntas for those of you who enjoy a little retail therapy after all that relaxing!

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
    A refundable breakage/damage deposit of £150 is required with the final balance in case of breakages, damages
    or to cover additional cleaning. A full refund will be given after inspection of the villa and within 14 days.

    The villa is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival.
    Check out time is 10 am on your departure day, so it can be cleaned for the next guests. We aim to be flexible depending on bookings and a later check out time may be posssible if their are no guests arriving after you, but this must be agreed in advance with the owner or maintenance staff.

    There is a strict no smoking policy inside the villa.
