Casa dos Caliços is a lovely and comfortable townhouse located in a small private condominium with nice gardens and a good sized swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms plus an additional small lounge on the top floor (there is a spiral staircase going up) with a double sofa bed. There is air conditioning in the main lounge - dining area and in the downstairs master bedroom. There is a shower room and an ensuite bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a great private patio area. The house faces the garden and shared swimming pool and offers a good degree of privacy, being the end house within the complex. Outside there are plenty of car parking spaces and a shared built in barbecue. This is the perfect place to be if you are seeking for a central but quiet place with quality standards. There is a supermarket, gourmet store and restaurant within walking distance of the complex. Albufeira centre is located less than 2kms away.

Albufeira is a beautiful town bursting with character, full of tiny whitewashed houses with terracota roofs, narrow cobbled streets. Each pedestrian street of Albufeira offers a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, late night boutiques, music bars, etc. Praia da Oura (located in a recent part of Albufeira) is more lively, cosmopolitan, family friendly with the gorgeous Oura Beach just down at the foot of a steep hill. For day time and nightlife you have the bustling streets of Montechoro, Praia da Oura and the Albufeira old town. In the neighbouring beaches of Albufeira there is a variety of watersports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars. The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia, which is approx. 10 mts away from this resort, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine, which is open all year around - not to be missed for families! Albufeira is the most popular resort of the Algarve.
