In the attractive village of Welcombe on the Cornwall/ N. Devon border, the house is surrounded by a lawned garden and overlooks countryside towards the sea. Downstairs: Hall, Kitchen: fridge, hob, electric oven, microwave, rayburn, dishwasher and breakfast table. Utility room: shower, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer. Separate lavatory. Sitting room: TV, DVD, open fireplace. Dining room - seats 10 - open fireplace. Conservatory. All with rural aspect over fields. Upstairs, master bedroom (5' double bed) with ensuite shower room, double bedroom ( 4'6'double bed), twin bedded room, large childrens bedroom for 4 with bunks plus two single beds and vanity unit. Bathroom: bath, lavatory and electric shower. Games room in garden with ping pong table. Easy walk to excellent village pub and beautiful walks through nature reserve to coastal path. Beach (surfing and rock pools) 5 mintue drive. Community shop 1.5 miles for all essentials. Ideal family holiday venue.
