A beautiful fully furnished family home very centrally situated in Cape Town with close access to mountains, vineyards, shopping and beaches. The property is in excellent condition and comprises the following accommodation: Downstairs - sitting room with TV, DSTV and DVD player adjoins the dining room with 10-seater oregon table; the kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and 2nd TV leads onto a sun-room with sliding doors to patio, pretty garden, pool and gas braai. The downstairs bathroom also has a fitted washing machine & tumble dryer. Upstairs is the main bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and views of Table mountain. Two further double bedrooms (1 with extra-long bed) and third bathroom are also situated upstairs.
