Confortable apartment located in peaceful position for a regenerating holiday. Personally renovated in 2009 who I lived. Spacious and bright rooms as living and dining, fireplace, kitchen area to satisfy every need thanks to massive equipment and variety of living solution: sat TV, gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, diswasher. One large and brigth double room with lake view balcony. One twin room. Another twin room. One bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by 3 terraces with amazing lake view. At guests' disposal large garden with pergola (kiwi, lemon trees, azaleas, camellia, red beech trees), luongers, chairs, table. The private parking is at 20 meters.

Only at 6 km. (about 3.7 miles) from Bellagio, named 'the lake's Pearl' because of its strategic position (lake's centre) and its natural and artistic beauties. The lake's centre is the most interesting area of the lake because it has always operating navigation's lines that allow to reach the most charming tourist resort like Lenno, Menaggio, Cadenabbia, Tremezzo, Varenna... with beautiful villas of the eighteenth century at the waterside. Here the climate is always optimum for a relaxing stay and many sport activities (sailing, water ski...) while the large amount of artistic and cultural heritage offers very interesting itineraries. The apartment Bruna is very close to free beach and in the proximity there are mini-market, bar, bus stop, less than 1 km. restaurants, water sport, banks, church, chemist's, post office, deck-boat and hydrofoil.
