Elegant first floor central flat well located for all that Edinburgh has to offer. Decorated in keeping with the Georgian style yet including all mod cons with well equipped kitchen, state of the art bathroom with double shower head and additional shower room. Beautiful sitting room with original fireplace, comfortable settees and Sky TV. The bedrooms have pure cotten linen and all rooms have quality curtains, those in the sitting room being made of silk. The rear of the property looks out over pretty private gardens which are adjacent to the Water of Leith giving the flat a peaceful and calm air despite its central position. Princes Street is less than quarter of an hour away on foot, or a five minute bus ride, while the Botanic Gardens are virtually on the doorstep.There are a variety of quality cafes and resturants in the immediate vicinity. This is a very comfortable yet stylish base for your stay in Edinburgh.

Warriston Crescent is a beautiful Georgian crescent at Cannonmills only a ten minute walk from Princes Street. There are very good cafes, bars and restaurants literally across the road serving very good food. The bakery in one of the cafes sells organic speciality breads while another makes hearty home made British and Mediterranean food. There is a tapas restaurant which also cooks to order for taking away, an authentic Italian trattoria, and Edinburgh's first and finest Cantonese restaurant, all on the doorstep. The extensive Botanic Gardens are a few hundred meters along Inverleith Row. The rear of the property looks out over its own private gardens and trees on to the Water of Leith and the cycle paths. It is therefore unoverlooked by any other buildings giving it a tranquil and quiet ambience despite its central location.
