Campiglia holidays Casa Patrizia The main entrance opens up onto the first floor with a bright and spacious living room with an old fireplace and a large sitting area with sofas. The spacious kitchen has its own traditional fireplace and a dining table long enough to sit 12 people comfortably. The kitchen opens onto a wide terrace fully equipped with barbecue facilities, chairs and dining table; this is the ideal area for outdoor self-catering throughout spring and summer. The second floor has two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one confortable bathroom. The twin bedroom has an elevated floor space with one extra double bed.. The laundry room is right below the kitchen and it is easily reached from the terrace area. This room fits the washing machine and an extra bathroom with shower If extra sleeping accommodation is needed, it is possible to have the use of the dependance, with its large double bedroom and its bathroom and the beautiful small, fully equipped kitchen facil

  • The prices mentioned above are considered only for the farmhouse (sleeps. 7 Maximum).
    If you are a big group we can also rent our beautiful dèpendance with the double bedroom, the private bathroom and the lovable, fully equipped kitchen.
    For the dèpendance we ask the amount of 300€ each season.
