Marshbrook – sleeps 8. An excellent detached family house situated just a few minutes’ walk to the beach at Crooklets and a short walk into Bude town. The property is furnished and equipped to a high standard. There are patio areas with table and chairs at the front and rear of the house which allow you to enjoy the sun at all times. The large dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal together. The Ground floor has a lounge with leather sofas, flat screen TV, surround sound, freeview, DVD & open fire. Kitchen/Diner with large table with seating for 8, American style fridge freezer with ice maker and water, 4 ring gas hob, Neff electric oven, dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. WIFI Broadband connection. Conservatory with flat screen TV and seating for 6 overlooking the garden. Superking ensuite bedroom with TV, King bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Bunkroom. There are 3 bath/shower rooms (one ensuite) all with White Company Toiletries.

Bude is famous for its Surfing and Watersports and historically for having the Bude Canal with its working sea lock. Much of the surrounding coastline is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The many sandy beaches around Bude have lifeguards during the summer season. Should the weather be temperamental then there is plenty to do inside too in the local area, swimming pool with slide, indoor childrens play barn and bowling to name a few. If you want to venture further afield then places like Boscastle, Port Isaac and Clovelly are a short drive, or you can hop on a ferry at Bideford and visit Lundy Island. For that special meal or just a Cornish Cream Tea then the many Restaurants and Tea Rooms are waiting to serve you.
