PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN OFFER SIGNFICIANT REDUCTIONS FOR SINGLE COUPLE OCCUPANCY OR FOUR PEOPLE SHARING.This villa has 200 square meters of internal space with 3 double bedrooms ensuite, a designer kitchen dining room & separate lounge. The two large master bedroom suites, with stunning views of the bay, have large double beds, air conditioning & black out curtains. The third bedroom which is an annex under the house also has air conditioning & a fridge. Of the four separate terrace areas, each on different levels around the house, two have dining facilities. The largest terrace is south facing, with sun from first thing and a wonderful view of the sea & hills. It is accessed through french windows from the lounge, kitchen and one of the master bedrooms and has a 6 foot deep plunge pool. The terraces are surrounded by stunning gardens & are completely private. It is 5 minutes walk from one of Ibiza's best swimming & sun bathing beaches with high quality bars & restaurants.

Set on the hillside of Punta Grossa, 5 mins walk from Cala St Vicente Beach. 2 minutes drive from the idyllic San Vicente village with its classic church and outstanding valley and hill walks. 5 minutes drive from Aguas Blancas - a beach regarded as one of the most beautiful hidden treasures of the island. 10 minutes drive from the historic unspoilt villages of San Carlos and San Joan. Eulalia, with the largest marina on the island, is 15 minutes and Ibiza town is 30 - the cost of a taxi from Ibiza town is Euros 35. The airport is 40-45 mins drive away.

Ibiza in June

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Clara in June. The weather was sunny but not too hot and with it being the start of the summer season, the island was uncrowded and easy to get around, especially Ibiza town. Casa Clara is well situtated and it was great to have a choice of beaches and restaurants that were nearby. The house had everything needed to make my stay there very comfortable and relaxing including a very nice balcony and pool from which admiring the stunning view over the bay was one of my favourite pastimes. I also enjoyed the luxury of having the local beach (and a choice of ice creams) a mere 5 minute walk away.

Wonderful Casa Clara!

We had an amazing holiday this summer at Casa Clara! We loved the villa and decided there and then that we would love to return! It is in such an amazing spot and the beach was the best on the whole island! Emma July 2009
