This house is set up for events or just lounging in the cultivated tropical garden. Large grassy yard that has a free form heated pool (with an optional child's fence) and Jacuzzi. There is a wonderful cabana and an over sized grill. Off the kitchen there are 2 large patios completely private and enclosed. One patio also has a full child's playground and the other one has table and chairs for the adults but still has a view of the kids area.

This charming Hollywood house is the most conveniently located refuge for our vacation travelers. 1 mile from the beach and famous Broadwalk, 1 mile from the hot Downtown area, 2 blocks from North Lake for best biking, walking and jogging in Broward County and just 1 block from Jefferson Park for Tennis, Basketball, Playground, Handball, Dog park, Baseball and Soccer. # great Golf Courses are just minutes away. The Hot Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is 20 minutes and 2 more Casinos 5 minutes away.
