Newly built semi-detached 3 bedroom villa with nice shared swimming pool, in Foz do Arelho. The beach is only 3min away. This property has a very nice location, close to the beach & the center of Foz, cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. The villa is situated close to Obidos,Nazaré and Caldas da Rainha Golf-courses are only 20min away by car. The villa has a big kitchen with all the modern equipment you could want, it has a nice outside space and a built-in BBQ.It has 3 bathrooms ,1 downstairs and 2 upstairs. The villa has satellite TV to make your stay even more comfortable.The beaches are miles of white sand & surf and attract surfers from many areas. There are bars and restaurants scattered along the coastline towards the fishing town of Peniche, which is famous for its fish restaurants. 5 minutes drive from Foz beach and lagoon, and 10 minutes from the beautiful historical walled town of Obidos. The wonderful city of Lisbon is within 1 hour’s.

A two storey luxury semi-detached villa situated on the Silver Coast region at one of the most beautiful beaches of the area,namely Foz do Arelho.
