This superb Platinum standard 3 bedroom villa is located in the quieter area of Protaras on a private gated community. There is a young children's playground with shaded seating located at the side of the complex. This location is called Cavo Greko, known for its beautiful forestland and sandy beaches. Relax on the roof top terrace (with panoramic sea views) where you will find beautiful outside lounge furniture for pure relaxation. The villa is equipped with modern furnishings throughout and has the added bonus of a Plasma TV, PS2 and I Pod docking station. Outside, the villa is dominated by a large kidney shaped pool with plenty of space for 6 comfortable sun loungers and parasol. Located under the pergola adjoining the villa is the outside dining furniture with a second parasol where you can enjoy a freshly cooked meal from the gas BBQ provided. THIS VILLA IS SUPERB FOR WEDDING PARTIES AS WE HAVE MULTIPLE VILLAS ALL SITUATED NEAR TO THE GRECIAN PARK HOTEL
