'Rustico Castello' is an elegant country-house situated in a quiet and typical Tuscan village at only 17 km to the renowned seaside resort of the 'versilian' region- Good and comfortable furnished this elegant house offers relax and quiet in a very nice panoramic position- Ground floor:kitchen and dining-room with 2 fireplaces, dishwasher, oven, fridge, TV- walk-in cupboard with fridge and washing- machine -living-room with TV sat and fireplace- 1 bathroom with shower- A nice outside terrace is the ideal place to have meals and relax - 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms ( 2 with double bed , 1with twin beds), 1 bathroom with shower - A little garden, 1 solarium with sunbeds and an outdoor space to play bowls are ideal to enjoy the good clime of the hills. Possibility of nice walking in the surroundings and in the olive grove. Some groceries, restaurants/ pizzerias are closed at 3 km, all kind of shops are on the coast at about 15mins - drive.
