Our new furnished holiday apartment (2004) offers you place for 5 persons. The specially big balcony (24 square yard/20 qm) is the centre of attraction of our nice flat. Barbecue possibilities offers the additional terrace which you only completely have for yourselves. Children take pleasure more than 1000 big meadows with playground, table tennis and sandpit which join the holiday apartment. Beside the flat is your free parking bay and on request you can also park your car in the enclosed garage for free.

Our holiday apartment lies exactly in the city triangle Aurich Emden - Leer, in Moormerland. Moormerland is a quiet municipality in which you after a short walk (half mile) reach everything what you need for the everyday life (shopping centre, doctor, banks etc.). For bodily probably still provide numerous restaurants of the decent German kitchen, about the noble Chinese, up to famous East Frisian fish specialities. Our small place offers you the typical East Frisian scenery with a lot of water, to moors, meadows and dykes.

Wer in Ruhe ein paar Tage Urlaub verbringen möchte ist mit dieser Adresse bestens bedient. Eine Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und trotzdem zentral zwischen den Attraktionen des Nordens. Die Vermieter sind eine nette und freundliche Familie. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis ist hier unschlagbar.
Die Ferienwohnungen sind nur zu empfehlen !

Sehr nette Gastgeber, eine wirklich tolle Wohnung und Erholung pur.

Tolle Ausstattung alles vorhanden von Waschmaschine über Mikrowelle zum Fernseher bis zum DVD Player, Kinderfreundliche Umgebung und die Familie ist sehr freundlich.
Sehr Empfehlenswert
Zu empfehlen ist der Italiener im Ort, der Chinase in Leer ( bei Gastfamilie nachfragen ) und das El Paso in Leer.
Schwimmbad in Emden, Salzwasserbad in Norddeich und viele Museums zum Zeitvertreib laden ein.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
