Large, modern luxury apartment with lift in a superb location, 5 minute stroll to Meia Praia Beach, the Marina de Lagos and only a short walk to the centre of the historic town of Lagos. It has a large terrace overlooking the communal pool and with lovely sea views. Built in BBQ and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. There is a spacious living area with seating for all the family and a dining area with 6 seats,table and patio doors opening onto one of the 4 terrace's. There are, smoke alarms, satellite TV, stereo system, LCD TV, DVD player, lift and underground parking. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. 2nd bathroom with a shower.

The property is about 1km away from the centre of Lagos and about 88 km West of Faro airport, and almost all motorways. It stands in front of one of the Algarve’s finest beaches, with around 4km of fine sand which is never crowded and various water-sport sites on the beach, as well as beach restaurants. Lagos is a very pleasant town to walk around, with an excellent variety of restaurants, boat excursions including tours of the caves beneath the lighthouse and to the West of town.
