In a 4km distance there is Porto San Paolo, a town which offers good shopping facilities, many restaurants and bars, as well as the possibility of a tour by boat to the Tavolara.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are referring to one week for 2 adults and 4 children. For every other person from the age of 18 years an extra 150 € per week will be priced. Electricity, gas, water and the usage of bed linen/towels are included in the price. Casa Tavolara can also be rented on a daily basis. Arrival and departure time has to be arranged. Depending on the weather conditions in the winter months an additional heating cost fee of 10 € per day could occur. In case of booking a deposit of 250 € will be assessed. This deposit will be refunded after the end of the lease if the property does not show any sign of damage. If the lease contract has been concluded, 50% of the costs of the lease price have to be remitted into the given account. When cashed the lease contract is binding. The rest of the payment, deposit amount of 250€ included, should be transferred into the account of the landlord 4 weeks before the day of travelling.
