Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with fantastic sea views, close to the town centre of Albufeira. Fully equipped with all your holiday home-from-home essentials, this second floor apartment, (access via elevator) is furnished to a very high standard and includes dishwasher, washing machine, Microwave, TV, DVD, Stereo and much more. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with ample storage space. There are two bathrooms, one is en-suite. For the fifth and sixth guests there is a double sofa bed in the living room. A foldaway bed is available to hire for use in a bedroom if preferred (maximum occupancy 6). This modern small block of apartments has its own private swimming pool and children's pool and an underground garage. Shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep and the town centre is a few minutes walk down the hill. The complex is situated on the west side of the town centre and the nearest beach is accessed via a brand new glass elevator!

The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated for year round comfort, with a separate unit in each bedroom and the living room. It is extremely comfortably furnished and equipped for owners use, not just the rental market so you will find many homely extra touches and kitchen equipment for full familly cooking (if you really want to!) English assistance is available on call throughout your stay.

Private door-to-door airport transfers can be arranged for 40 Euros each way up to 4 passengers, 50 Euros each way for 5 or 6 passengers. We can also arrange a welcome food pack, hire of cot, high chair, pushchair. Guests can bring their own lap top for internet access in the apartment via the hire of a USB modem for 25 Euros per week for 10 hours connection - extra hours available at 1 Euro per hour.

Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is within walking distance of many of Albufeira's shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. A bus service runs half hourly outside the apartment to other parts of the town, the market, and to the bus station. Albufeira is well placed in the centre of the Algarve with many of its beautiful beaches, attractions and golf courses within a short drive. Golf tee times can be pre booked with us at very competitive prices and we can organise transfers and hire of clubs etc if required.
